Consent to Participate in Research

___I understand that participation in this project requires a minimum age of 18 years.

___I understand that my participation in this project will involve participating in a role-play and stating my attitudes to a variety of topics.

___I understand that participation in this study is entirely voluntary and that I can withdraw from the study at any time by closing my web browser. No data will be stored unless I decide to hit "send data" at the end of the study. For reasons of anonymity, withdrawal is not possible anymore once I have sent my data at the end of the study. Any data sent will be encrypted by SSL.

___I understand that I am free to send any questions I have to the researchers who conduct this study by email (see email address below). I am free to withdraw or discuss any concerns with the researchers by email or in person. If I decide to withdraw, I can still request a debrief form from the lead investigator.

___I understand that the information provided by me will be held anonymously, so that it is impossible to trace this information back to me individually. Data will be accessible only to the lead investigator and the research team.

___I understand that aggregated data from this study may be presented at conferences and submitted for publication.

___I understand that at the end of the study I will be provided with additional information and feedback about the purpose of the study.
