___This is a study about the relationships between members of virtual teams.
___Thank you very much for considering participation in this study. For this study, you will take part in a role play and imagine that you are a member of staff in a tourism company.
The travel consulting team is specialized in leisure and wellness vacationing and answering on-line customer requests. The consulting team consists currently of about twenty consultants working in different locations and at different times of the day at their computers.
All customer requests are answered on-line. You will learn more about the details of the study later. The study takes approximately 20 minutes.
